All online orders close at 10am 2 days prior to the next available delivery window. A mobile number must be included with the orders to receive tracking notifications. Food items will be ok for 2 hours in the box after delivery.

gently light your incense stick before placing it snugly in its holder. ensure your holder is on a stable and heat resistant surface, away from flammable objects. make sure the ash lands on a safe, non-flammable surface to avoid markings and discolouration. wait until the stick has finished and cooled before handling and cleaning up. do not leave burning incense unattended or within reach of children, pets and away from draughts. burning incense creates smoke and ventilating your space after use is recommended.
