DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries to Melbourne inner city and inner southeastern suburbs are hand delivered by BLAKEAWAY delivery drivers. For deliveries outside of our range we have partnered with Be Cool Refrigerated Services, one of Australia’s largest delivery providers. Delivery ETA notifications and updates are sent via text message.
Our insulated 'disco boxes' are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2hrs upon delivery. We recommend refrigerating the items as soon as possible after delivery as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the food if left out longer than 2hrs.
Please make sure correct address & phone number of the recipient is supplied, we cannot be responsible for errors with delivery if the incorrect information is provided. Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

remove packaging, leave in foil tray and heat in oven @ 150 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until warm. optional to serve at room temperature as an alternative.
